I really wanted to write tonight, but I can’t keep my eyes open. Took my daughter to the fair, ate up my reasonable work time. Lots of fun until she got too tired. I did a little people watching for some character stuff, but generally it’s a lost day. Not cool. Tomorrow I have a dentist appointment, so there’s more lost time. I need to haul myself by the bootstraps and get this draft going now that it has some direction.
Maybe the long weekend will pay off? I just need to write!

Write at the dentist’s office! Bring your laptop or a notebook and be one of those busy looking people in the waiting room. 🙂

It’s probably best that you don’t force yourself to write when you’re too tired to keep your eyes open; I doubt that’s the best production scenario. 🙂
Sounds like the Writers of the Future workshop’s given you a nice boost in motivation, which is something all of us could use from time to time.
I could use more people-watching, et cetera, myself.
How’s that award trophy look? 😀
